With the Statehood so close, it’s the time to start speaking English, isn’t it?
Puerto Rico must negotiate a commitment with the US government for a transition period to our independence, or at least to an Associated Republic, to ensure that everything will be fixed and working fine by the time of our freedom, including the most important, to reverse the effects of indoctrination performed since the first days of the US domination, by wich so many Puerto Ricans think now that we are unable to live without Americans, that we can’t survive on independence. That we are something like a small bird which was born in captivity, so can’t fly on liberty. The same feeling they have about their own black population, which has been so blatantly discriminated since the very beginning of the slavery abolition, in spite the fact that they was born and lives in STATES fully admitted to the Union, so their citizenship could not be classified as a second class one based on the lack of statehood of their living places, as the NPP leaders are trying to make Puerto Ricans believe that our citizenship is. The naivety of the NPP followers is really awesome. The sheer true is that equality or inequality in the United States does not rely on Statehood. The US government has trained the dwells of Puerto Rico to be employees of the Americans enterprises, or to be dependent of the US social benefits programs. That must be fixed. The most important asset of any country is their working force. Thus, the people must be trained to work, to grow up, to be entrepreneurs, to be educated and to go on, not to be on knee.
The present government of Puerto Rico, as a good Wall Street puppet, has been destroying the most basic of our workers rights, ravaging our public educational system, closing schools, crushing our University of Puerto Rico, closing their regionals colleges, strangling their budget and shrinking the academic offer, pushing for more and more Puerto Ricans to leave our country looking for better working conditions; in desperate attempt to create an expedited path to the full assimilation, or rather, the full displacement of Puerto Ricans from our country. As days goes on the NPP leaders are more convinced that our cultural customs which identify us as a different country must be effaced from the panorama before the statehood be possible.
If Puerto Ricans don’t take the bull by the horns and do something quickly, in not so long we will be remembered as a breed that once upon a time dwelt this lands, but was finally displaced by the superiors white Americans.
Being that the present Puerto Rico political status has been disparaged by the US government and by recent court rulings, the Popular Democratic Party must embrace, once and for all, without ambivalences, the Associated Republic, as the better way to the utmost Commonwealth development. Now is the time to act.

•I will NOT attend a function that is sent to me in Spanish/Mexican,• Words with light of Mayor Ken Taylor of Huachuca City, Arizona, when he wrote about an invitation to a Mexican-American border mayors meeting. The invitation was sent in both languages, English and Spanish, because it was addressed to mayors to each side of the border. On a scale of 1-10 racist, this guy ranks 10 plus. He broke the scale at the top.
With the statehood so close, it’s time to start speaking English. Isn’t it?
    -Be careful, Puerto Rico.
The United States has scores of millions of racists whites living among them and infiltrated everywhere: FBI, cops, mayors, judges, politics, hospitals, services agencies, any place, even in churches. America has a long-drown-out history of racism, treachery and murders in their own land. Four of their presidents have been assassinated while in office. Three of them, due to quite clear racial bigotry. I think that America has been the only one country in the world which has murdered three of their own presidents, democratically elected, due to racial prejudices.
    1- Abraham Lincoln: April 1865
Who signed the abolishing slavery laws.
    2- James A. Garfield: July 1881
He proposed federal aids to educate former slaves.
    3- William McKinley: September 1901
    Uncertain motives.
    4- John F. Kennedy: November 1963,
He sponsored the Civil Rights Act of 1964, to end segregation in public places and to ban employment discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, sex or national origin. (The Act was finally signed into law by Kennedy’s successor, Lyndon B. Johnson.)
The slavery was abolished in America by 1865. Today, a bit more than a century and a half after, America still struggling with the stigma of racism and with the fetidness of whites supremacists.
These struggles have been carrying through within their own States, fully admitted to the Union and well recognized as part of the Nation.
    >Thus, the equality or inequality in America does not rely, and has nothing to do, upon Statehood.< If we are mongrels, mongrels we'll remain no matter where we lives or what language we speak. You are right, this not a joke.

Cuanto mide PR y queremos ?Cuantos Senadores?
